Tetsuo Aoki is a Japanese woodblock printmaker who was born in 1940 in Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan and currently lives and works in Fujieda. Aoki describes the theme of his artwork as “to express the pleasure, the deepness and the importance of touching each other.
 
Tetsuo creative way of painting influenced many artist, with the unique style of painting. Standing People is a popular abstract piece that stands the test of time.
